Any Evening After Work Synopsis
British silent public health film from around 1930. The main protagonist fears he may have contracted venereal disease but is reluctant to seek the help of a Doctor. He attends a public seminar where five examples are given of sufferers who did not seek medical treatment or did not complete the medicinal treatment.
Down the Mississippi Synopsis
The simple story is about two siblings, little brother Bud and big sister Susie. After they've been reading "Huckleberry Finn" they dream of adventures on the Mississippi River.
"Any Evening After Work" holds a slight edge in general audience appreciation, but "Down the Mississippi" offers its own unique cult appeal.
