Flor de espino Synopsis
Don Juan de Peñalara, a wealthy nobleman, wants to marry his son Jorge to Juana, the daughter of his close friend Don Juan de Monreals, a wealthy Mallorcan landowner. To please his father, Jorge, accompanied by his faithful servant Fernando, sets off for Mallorca. But, as the Monreals family does not know him, Jorge fakes a farce to avoid becoming engaged to Juana. To do so, he exchanges his personality with that of his servant, who plays the role of master and he plays the servant. Once at the Monreals' estate, Ferdinand plays the role of suitor, meeting a rival in the person of Juan Pax, who loves Juana. For his part, Jorge meets Anita, a maid at the Monreals' estate, with whom he falls in love from the very first moment.
Kids Is Kids Synopsis
A young married couple volunteer to take charge of several orphans after the asylum has burned down. Of course they find their hands full with their troublesome charges.
"Flor de espino" holds a slight edge in general audience appreciation, but "Kids Is Kids" offers its own unique cult appeal.
