A timid man's domineering wife keeps catching him at what seem in be compromising situations with pretty young women, and she won't believe they're as innocent as he claims they are.
"The Public Menace" holds a slight edge in general audience appreciation, but "No Mother to Guide Him" offers its own unique cult appeal.
