Biography
Alf Nielsen entered the world on 4 November 1883 and soon stepped behind both camera and footlights, guiding and performing in the silent era’s flickering tales. His name flickers across the credits of I sidste Sekund (1913), the doom-laden Dødsklokken (1914), and the adventure-packed Den ny Rocambole (1917). The final curtain fell for him on 14 February 1971, leaving a reel of shadows that still whisper his legacy.
