Biography
Bertram Harrison first stepped before the camera in 1914, orchestrating the high-stakes twists of *The $5,000,000 Counterfeiting Plot*. Fifteen years—and many reels—later, he slipped into the jazz-soaked romance of *Syncopation* (1929) before trading hot rhythms for the breezy charm of *The Big Pond* in 1930.
