Biography
A. Michurin first stepped in front of a camera in 1914 to help shape *Simfoniya lyubvi i smerti*, then slipped into the shadows of *Zhenshchina vampir* the following year and, still in 1915, lent his presence to *Doch isterzannoy Pol'shi*—three early Russian silents that still carry his name across a century of flicker and fade.
