Biography
Alan Quinn entered the world in 1889 and sprinted straight into the nascent flicker of cinema, leaving three lightning-bolt performances behind in 1915 alone: he traded barbs with thoroughbred royalty in The Sporting Duchess, chased a cursed jewel through The Great Ruby, and clawed his way up society’s ladder in The Climbers. The footlights dimmed for good on 23 January 1944 when he took his final bow in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
