Biography
A St. Louis spring—May Day, 1877—delivered Arthur Morrison into the world, and the silent-film era would later claim him as its own. Between 1918 and 1930 he strode across the screen in The Border Legion, galloped through Riders of the Purple Sage, and faced down danger in The Lone Defender. Fifty miles of celluloid immortality, then curtains: Los Angeles closed his account on 20 February 1950.
