Biography
Clara Lambert stepped before the cameras when movies still whispered through hand-cranked projectors, leaving ghostly imprints on the era’s silver fabric. Between 1914 and 1916 she surfaced in three one-reel tempests: the war-scarred drama *The Rights of Man: A Story of War's Red Blotch*, the shadowy fable *The Wolf*, and the heart-rending *Love’s Toll*. Off-screen she shared her life with actor James Daly. Her final curtain fell on 12 November 1921 in Yeadon, Pennsylvania, closing a story that survives only in the flicker of surviving frames.
