Biography
A thunderclap named Dana Ong lit up the sky over Richmond, Ohio, on 3 July 1874. By 1915 he had slipped into flickering immortality as the magnetic force behind The Cheat; a year later he turned drifter into legend in Wanted: A Home, and in 1917 he marched down Broadway Arizona with the swagger of a man who owned both desert and spotlight. The cameras finally stopped rolling on 31 December 1948 in Los Angeles, California, but the reels he left behind keep spinning his name in silver.
