Biography
In the sweltering summer of 1857, Edwin Barbour burst into the world on July 2, in the quaint town of Cresco, Iowa. As he grew, his creative spark ignited, and he blossomed into a versatile actor and writer. His talents shone brightly on the silver screen in films like Northern Lights, released in 1914, as well as The Fire Patrol, which hit theaters a decade later in 1924. Another notable credit to his name was The Fiancee and the Fairy, a 1913 production that showcased his imaginative flair. Barbour's life, however, was tragically cut short when he passed away on September 15, 1914, in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
