Biography
On a crisp September day in 1874, Villa Ridge, Illinois, welcomed E.P. Evers into the world. He grew into a storyteller who split his time between scripting tales and slipping into characters on-screen, leaving flickers of himself in The Jungle and Her Own Home (both 1914) and the narcotic haze of Drugged Waters (1916). Seventy years after his first breath, Los Angeles took it back on 22 July 1945.
