Harry Mason rode into Hollywood just long enough to leave three trails of dust: the 1926 rodeo romp *Looking for Trouble*, the same year’s border-town showdown *The Border Sheriff*, and 1927’s saddle-cranked whirlwind *Cyclone of the Range*. After that, the credits—and the cowboy—vanished into the sunset.
