Biography
Harry Robinson entered the world on 1 June 1872 in Des Moines, Iowa, and stepped before the camera early enough to help launch serial-movie cliff-hangers. Between 1915 and 1918 he kept audiences leaning forward in their seats as the scheming J. Rufus Wallingford, the quick-witted ally of Beatrice Fairfax, and the resolute foe of the Hun invader. After the silent projectors dimmed, he settled in Los Angeles, where he died on 8 September 1946.
