Biography
A Leo from the north, Helen Borden arrived on August 31, 1896, somewhere amid Canada’s frost-tipped pines. Two decades later she stepped before the camera, first conning the screen as the quick-witted sidekick in The New Adventures of J. Rufus Wallingford (1915) and, barely a year afterward, braving the shadowy alleys of urban corruption in The City (1916).
