Biography
The curtain first rose for Helinä Svensson on 4 March 1889, the day she entered the world. Over the decades she etched her name into Nordic cinema, slipping into shadowy inheritances in Salainen perintömääräys (1914), confronting the scars of crime in Rikosten runtelema (1915), and dancing across moral graveyards in Tanssi yli hautojen (1950).
