Biography
Born 11 March 1870, Holger Rasmussen first stepped in front of the camera, then slipped behind it, turning Copenhagen’s flickering dreams into A Wedding During the French Revolution (1910), the scarlet-tinged mystery of Det røde alfabet (1916) and the wartime intrigue I Spionklør (1917). Actor, director, conjurer of silent shadows, he left the screen dark on 17 June 1926.
