Ismail Galip Arcan was born on 3 November 1894 in Constantinople, Ottoman Empire [now Istanbul, Turkey]. He was an actor, known for Aysel Batakli Dam's Daughter (1934), Hürriyet Apartmani (1944) and In the Waves of Bosphorus (1934). He died on 8 August 1974 in Istanbul, Turkey.
