Jay Dwiggins, born 1 September 1866 in Rensselaer, Indiana, USA, carved a niche for himself in the nascent film industry as both an actor and a writer. His contributions to the silver screen include the 1918 productions Bound in Morocco and High Tide, alongside His Majesty, the American from 1919. He shared his life with Cora Arbogast, his wife.
