Biography
Jimmy Granato was a well-known Chicago clarinetist who played "traditonal" or "Dixieland revival" style jazz with Art Hodes, Jimmy Durante, Louis Armstrong, Smoky Stover, and many others. He has appeared on many records over the years, and has played in different orchestras featured in many films from the late 1920s and 1930s.
