Biography
John Mackin entered the world in 1876 and, within four restless decades, left his fingerprints on three early reels of cinema: 1914’s guerrilla-swamp legend The Swamp Fox, followed in 1915 by the double-barreled release of The Ventures of Marguerite and the costume flourish of Don Caesar de Bazan.
