Biography
Portland, Oregon, first claimed her on the day she arrived, and by 1915 the flicker of nickelodeon lamps was already catching Jule Power’s face. Between the shadows of *Her Mother’s Secret* and the last reel of *The Silver Lining* in 1921, she stitched together a silent-film résumé that peaked with *Gloria’s Romance* in 1916. Off-screen, she took Edwards Davis as her husband, trading Pacific Northwest rain for California sun. Los Angeles kept her until 14 February 1932, when the final curtain fell.
