Biography
Yonkers, New York, welcomed Kittens Reichert on 3 March 1910, and before she could even spell her own name she was stealing scenes on silent-film sets. In the whirlwind year of 1917 she darted through three now-classic releases—House of Cards, Les Misérables, and Heart and Soul—delivering performances that belied her single-digit age. Off-screen she took the hand of Richard Plummer Lundy Sr. in marriage and, much later, settled in Louisville, Kentucky, where she drew her final breath on 11 January 1990.
