Lewis Sealy

Biography

Emerging from Dublin, Ireland, in 1851, Lewis Sealy eventually found his calling in the early days of American cinema. He is best remembered for his screen presence in the silent era, with key roles in 'The Unborn' (1916), 'The Primitive Call' (1917), and 'A Virgin Paradise' (1921). In his private life, he was the husband of Jane Ann Huddleston Gaitskell. Sealy’s life journey reached its final act in New York on March 19, 1931.
