Biography
Louis Thiel stepped in front of the camera just as silent film was finding its voice: he surfaced in 1915’s *The Other Girl*, then slipped back into the frame two years later for *When You and I Were Young*, leaving only those two title-cards to mark his passage through the flickering world of early cinema.
