Marieta Sadova was born on 14 July 1897 in Nagyszeben, Hungary, Austria-Hungary [now Sibiu, Romania]. She was an actress and director, known for Mitrea Cocor (1952), Nufarul rosu (1956) and Maiorul Mura (1927). She was married to Ion Marin Sadoveanu and Haig Acterian. She died on 17 July 1981 in Bucharest, Romania.
