Biography
Marshall Farnum entered the world on 19 December 1879 in Natick, Massachusetts. As a filmmaker and performer, he left his mark on early silent cinema with titles like *The House of Mirrors* (1916), *Wormwood* (1915) and *Lady Audley’s Secret* (1915). He was married twice, first to Helena M. Scott and later to Louise A. Lewis. Farnum’s promising career was abruptly ended when he passed away on 19 February 1917 in Prescott, Arizona.
