Neyyire Neyir was born in 1903 in Istanbul, Turkey. She was an actress, known for Ankara postasi (1928), Kiz Kulesinde Bir Facia (1923) and Atesten Gömlek (1923). She was married to Muhsin Ertugrul. She died on 13 February 1943 in Istanbul, Turkey.
