Biography
In 1914, while most of the planet was still learning how to spell “movie,” Norris Millington was already immortalizing mischief on celluloid: first he let a goat run riot in *Buster and His Goat*, then unleashed a Teutonic brass band on the same hapless kid in *Buster Brown and the German Band*. A year later he traded city chaos for moonlit fantasy, guiding *The Fairy and the Waif* through its silent, shimmering world. Three shorts, three quick bursts of magic—then Millington stepped out of the spotlight, leaving only the flicker of his 1910s fingerprints on the birth of American film.
