Biography
In the flickering dawn of Italian cinema, Oreste Visalli stepped before the camera three times and left a ghost-light that still glows. 1915 saw him vanish into the nomad camps of Gulnara; a year later he rode, wordless, through the snows of Il cavaliere del silenzio and fluttered, bright as dragonfly wings, across La libellula azzurra.
