Biography
A son of the Pacific Northwest, Robert N. Bradbury entered the world on 23 March 1886 in Walla Walla, Washington, and spent the next six decades carving a niche for himself behind—and occasionally in front of—the camera. Between clapperboards and cowtown backlots, he stamped his signature on a trio of 1934 sagebrush quick-draws: The Lucky Texan, The Star Packer, and West of the Divide. Off-screen, he shared his life with wife Nola Bradbury. The final curtain fell on 24 November 1949 in Glendale, California, closing the reel on a career forever tethered to dust, horses, and six-gun justice.
