Rosanna Logan stepped before the camera just as movies were learning to talk. In 1913 she lit up the one-reel caper Diversion, followed a year later by the shadow-drenched melodrama Under the Gaslight, and in 1915 slipped into the reverie of The Lady of Dreams, sealing her brief but luminous place in the birth of cinema.
