Biography
Sidney Blair first drew breath in 1882 amid the clang and cable cars of San Francisco. Within a decade he had slipped in front of the camera, animating three now-flickering relics: the 1913 web of intrigue The Snare of Fate, the 1915 campus romp Just Out of College, and the 1917 domestic drama Her Sister.
