Biography
A winter baby, Søren Fjelstrup arrived in Copenhagen on 19 December 1890 and stepped straight into the footlights. By twenty-one he was already flickering across the silver screen, leading the adventure short Spejderen in 1912. Two years later he spun a musical spell as The Hypnotic Violinist, then wrestled with destiny itself in the 1915 drama Menneskeskæbner. The cameras eventually stopped rolling, but Fjelstrup’s story ran on until 14 February 1971.
