Biography
Stockholm greeted Uno Larsson on 27 September 1893, and the city kept him for life. Between quiet decades on its streets, he slipped onto screens big and small—haunting the snow-laden frames of *Herr Arnes penningar* (1954), steering the breezy comedy *Drömsemester* (1952), and revving up nostalgia in *Äventyr med gammal bil* (1958). The final curtain fell on 11 May 1961, back where it all began, leaving Stockholm both birthplace and resting place of a journeyman actor who never needed to leave home to find his audience.
