Biography
Wallace Eddinger first drew breath on 14 July 1881 amid the brick-and-bustle of Albany, New York. By his early thirties he had jumped from stageboards to celluloid, lending his wry charm to The Great Diamond Robbery (1914) and polishing the same ease into A Gentleman of Leisure (1915). Off-screen, two marriages—first to Margaret Lawrence, later to Ivy La Grove—wrote parallel storylines to his professional adventures.
