Willy Haak was born on 26 September 1897 in Batavia, Dutch East Indies [now Suriname]. She was an actress, known for Jane Eyre (1958), Het meisje met den blauwen hoed (1934) and Willem van Oranje (1934). She was married to Hans Carpentier and Ben Groeneveld. She died on 10 October 1968 in Driebergen, Utrecht, Netherlands.
