Biography
Born in Utica, New York, on 18 October 1899, Yale Boss stepped before the cameras while still a child, lending freckled charm to 1911’s *The Ransom of Red Chief*, donning armor for 1913’s *A Youthful Knight*, and sorting collegiate rivalry in 1914’s *A Question of Hats and Gowns*. After the flickers dimmed, he slipped from public view, closing his final scene in Augusta, Georgia, on 16 November 1977.
