Biography
Yolanda Bianca stepped in front of the camera just as cinema was learning to walk: first she chased a tale through the one-reeler In Quest of a Story (1914), then swapped her mortal shoes for gossamer wings in The Fairy and the Waif (1915). Two films, shot in the hush before Hollywood’s roar, carry her name through a century’s silence.
