Biography
Yoshiko Okada was born Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on April 1, 1903. She is described as 5 feet, 95 pounds with black eyes and hair. She was educated at the Tokyo School of Fine Arts. She was part of Butai Kyokai (Stage Show Association). In 1929 she founded Taishu Eiga-sha. She worked with Shochiku Cinema beginning in 1932.
