Biography
Emerging into the world on March 1, 1849, in the Marylebone district of Middlesex, Comyns Carr would go on to leave a significant mark on the literary landscape. A writer of notable skill, he is perhaps best remembered for the 1914 production 'Called Back.' Throughout his life, he shared a devoted partnership with Alice Vansittart.
