Biography
In the sweltering summer of 1869, Brooklyn, New York, welcomed Gilson Willets into the world on August 10th. This wordsmith would go on to leave an indelible mark on the literary landscape, penning scripts for cinematic endeavors such as The Tiger's Trail, which hit the screens in 1919, as well as The Millionaire Baby, released four years prior in 1915, and The Mystery of the Double Cross, a 1917 thriller that kept audiences on the edge of their seats. Willets' personal life was also filled with love and companionship, thanks to his marriage to the charming Daisy May Vanderveer.
