Biography
Julia Crawford Ivers arrived in Los Angeles on October 3, 1867, eventually rising as a creative powerhouse during the dawn of cinema. Blending the roles of writer and producer, she authored a legacy that includes The Majesty of the Law (1915), A Son of Erin (1916), and The White Flower (1923). A lifelong Californian, she remained in her home city until her death on May 8, 1930.
