
Summary
In the 1923 film Sold at Auction!, Snub Pollard plays an incompetent auctioneer's assistant who is tasked with selling off a household estate, but due to a mix-up, he sells the wrong house's contents, leading to a series of chaotic events as he attempts to track down the buyers and restore the property to its rightful owner, in a comedic tale of mistaken identity, mishaps, and mayhem, reminiscent of other comedic classics such as Hot Off the Press and My Wife, the Movie Star.
Synopsis
