Biography
Winter of 1902: Eger’s frost-lined streets welcomed Aranka Molnár on December 11. Barely twelve autumns later, she stepped before the camera for A hercegnö pongyolája, launching a childhood performance that flickered across silent screens. Six years on, she resurfaced in the brooding melodrama Végszó (1920), followed by the swashbuckling tale Viola, az alföldi haramia (1922). Her story closed quietly on August 28, 1982, in Košice—then Czechoslovakia—leaving three surviving reels to speak for a lifetime in light and shadow.
