Biography
Attilio Pietromarchi stepped in front of the camera just as Italian silent cinema was finding its feet. In 1915 he slipped into two wildly different worlds: first the quixotic reverie of Il sogno di Don Chisciotte, then the comic splash of Robinet pescatore. Three years later he resurfaced for L’ultimo dei Cognac, sealing his brief but indelible streak on the flickering early-century screen.
