Biography
On a warm Athenian morning, 14 September 1877, D. Mitsoras first opened his eyes to the Aegean light. Three decades later he stepped behind the camera and, frame by frame, helped shape the silent era: in 1916 he guided The Woman Who Dared through its daring reels, in 1922 he conjured the pulsing thrills of The Radio King, and by 1924 he unveiled the romantic glow of The Rose of Paris.
