Biography
A Londoner from the moment he first drew breath on 28 April 1884, John Goldsworthy crossed the Atlantic and slipped into silent-era cinema, leaving flickering footprints in Thou Shalt Not Steal (1917), The Career of Katherine Bush (1919), and Marriage Morals (1923). His story closed far from the Thames, under California sun, when he died in Los Angeles on 10 July 1958.
