Biography
Solna, 14 February 1859: a winter child slips into the world and, decades later, steps before the flickering new cameras of Nordic cinema. Justus Hagman lent his weathered grace to Miraklet (1913), traced haunted devotion in Saints and Sorrows (1914), and let longing play across his features in Kärlekens ögon (1922). When the final reel stopped turning, Stockholm claimed him back on 28 February 1936.
