Sandra Milovanoff was born on 23 June 1892 in St. Petersburg, Russian Empire [now Russia]. She was an actress, known for Le gamin de Paris (1923), Les misérables (1925) and La proie du vent (1927). She was married to Nikitin, Maurice de Moolek and Joseph Mejinsky. She died on 8 May 1957 in Paris, France.
